RELEASE for S3 Mini
Carbon 4.4.2

New release (20140531) of Carbon 4.4.2 for S3 Mini is available!

For flashing KitKat, we recommend you to install our TWRP recovery (available on Download page)!

If you want to say thanks by donating us using PayPal, feel free 😉

Do full backup before installation and wipe data/cache (factory reset) after installation (only from stock ROM).

If you’re updating from older CM10.1/10.2/11.0 version or migrating from Oliver’s CM, you don’t have to perform a wipe!

    hi,
an hour of use, and now really very smooth ..
A question what’s istaller in carbon fiber?
    google translator 😉

  • CrashOverride93 says:

The Google Play’s icon is still present?

  • Guest says:

Do we actually need to perform a factory reset when switching from Carbon to CyanogenMod and vice versa or is wiping cache/dalvik enough?

    • Lexion says:

technically no, just flash undated factory, but sometimes goes to the conflict, as happened to a friend. 😉
      google translate. 😉

  • Lexion says:

    carbon has no otg support?
    google translate. 😉

  • s3miniguy says:

i am having extreme google play issues PLEASE FIX IT

  • YoniVerhulst says:

I am running this rom for 2 minutes and i hate it already. it’s the most buggy rom available here. i am going back to cm.. for the third time..

    • ItsPeet says:

      What bugs did you have?
You probably did a ‘dirty’ upgrade from CM.
Try a clean install and then complain here.
      I have no bugs.

      • s3miniguy says:

I’m having glitched icons in the play store. How did you fix it?

      • s3miniguy says:

I didn’t do a ‘dirty’ update. I wiped: cache, dalvik, data and system. then i installed carbon. then gapps (full gapps). and after that i did an extra cache & dalvik wipe.

  • Lucio Angelici says:

  • andreas says:

    I had wiped dalvik+cache…

  • ItsPeet says:

Guys, I have to say… This is the most responsive and best performing version I have had!!!!!! 🙂

    Thank you, Nova Team!!! 😀

  • Jsalmasi says:

Before this update I had no problems, now go wrong images and PlayStore “Unfortunately, ATT application. Stopped access to the package”
    Google Translate

  • Jsalmasi says:

        Asique, pues nada, a esperar…

        • Jsalmasi says:

  • Wan EL says:

Audio for music not work for me.

  • Johnie says:

1 GHz Bug… dont know what should i do to resolved this.

    • CrashOverride93 says:

Saying that you have the 1Ghz bug, you whant to mean that your phone locks all the time to = min, frequency at 1000Mhz and max. freequency at 1000Mhz?

  • jeff says:

yo, you guys got alot of bugs and complaints on the release. why mine seems fine? no google play glitch no FC no 1 ghz bug. its a great release for me been testing for more than 2 hours now. will test it for more to see if i’ll get the problem you guys have.

    BTW awesome release M&M THANKS!

  • Eloy says:

  • Nacho says:

Been using this rom for a day now, and it works great. The only thing I can’t do is charge my phone when it’s off, it turns on automatically. Is this normal?

  • Christopher says:

Here is what I do to flash without problems: Step 1: Use clockwork mod to flash… Step 2: factory reset… Step 3: Wipe partition … Step 4: Wipe Dalvik… Step 5: Install Rom… Step 6: Install AROMA GAPPS and choose what apps I install and deinstall… Step 7: Reboot and wait until the ROM finishes installing. Never had any problems or glitches!!

  • amid0990 says:
