New release (20150305) of CM12.0 for S3 Mini is available!
For flashing Lollipop, we recommend you to install our TWRP recovery (available on Download page)!

Do full backup before installation and wipe data/cache (factory reset) after installation if you don’t updating from older CM12.0 release.
You need to perform a wipe if you’re migrating from software different than CM12.0!

Issues
- video taken by stock camera app is green, but some apps like Camu taking correct videos without any issues
- less than 2% of users are reporting issues with mobile data – just add new APN manually with settings proper for your provider and apply it to make 3G working

i did some testing and here are my results
without xposed
flashlight toggle will disappear for a second or disappear completely
with xposed
flashlight toggle will disappear for a second or disappear completely
with xposed and gravity-box
flashlight does not disappear at all
the fix is to
install xposed framework
install gravity-box

What is xposed frameword and gravity-box ? How can I install them ?
If these apps are needed to use flashlight, they should be integrated to the Cyanogen ROM…

I use xposed only for boost mode in greenify, lib files from xposed make the rom so buggy so I revert it to the original one from the rom.
For me the rom is smoothly and less bug…

Not everybody speaks English.
Don’t mention Google Translator because you know that the results are.
English is the most common language on the internet. So it’s common curtosy to speak English. I understand that not everyone likes to speak English and that you’d rather speak your own language but it’s majority rules in afraid 🙂

Well , installation of the finished rom, gapps installed , everything ok now to test the battery life .
– Error icon light
– Native video camera does not take
I noticed that no longer heated , and is more fluid , I had to delete some things ( wallpapers lives , things that do not use)
for what else is excellent

I had the stock ROM and installed CM11 with Odin, since then the offline charging do not work. When I plug the phone to the charger, the screen show the charger circle but it get stuck and do not charge, I have to unplug the charger and press the power button for a while until the circle disappear and I can start the mobile again. I have verified that when I start again the mobile the battery has not been charged. When the mobile is on, it charges correctly.
Trying to sort out this problem I have installed recovery 2.8, wiped everything, calibrated the battery and installed CM12-Novafusion from Recovery but the issue still persist.
Do not know what to do to solve it, any suggestion?

First thanks for all your work novafusion team!
This is my bug feedback (i have all the other bugs people are saying they have and these that i haven’t seen them reported) :
-power-saving does not work (it can’t be activated)
-won’t install on f file sistem, it goes on ext4 automatically
-whenever you have a list especially in Chrome and contacts and you scroll the screen goes berserk with artefacts and stuttering
(the last 2 bugs weren’t present in one of your first releases i tried in the start)

First and last bug i ment to say in the ending sorry for the confusion!
Someone has managed to run the FM radio, and try several apps as “Sprint UL” in root mode, but only run out of audio until the restart.
Floating browsers (all of them: link bubble, hover browser, dolphin float, javelin,…) and fb messenger popup always automatically close after a few seconds, without crash reports or anything. Any idea how to solve that?
Besides that, beautiful work on bringing cm12 to s3mini!
The unmount/mount sd card option in storage settins seems to be missing.
I am missing the smart unlock feature
