You need to perform a wipe if you’re migrating from software different than CM12.0!

No, because CM12 is using ART runtime. Xmodgames needs Dalvik runtime and that doens’t exist on Android Lollipop anymore.

2) Xmodgames does not support Bluestacks(or other Android emulators)/ASUS zenfone 5(or other intel-based processors)/ART mode , X86 at the present.We are working on that now.

I’ve got the 20150305 daily and I’m experiencing many troubles with “no service” and “data transmission”. Also tried to use Camu as you said but videos are jerky both in filming and in viewing.
Are there any plans of updating the Carbon ROM for S3 mini??

Yes I have the same problem especially when the phone is connected to the sound system in my car by bluetooth. But I found a solution: Kick the Music App and install another instead. Works fine for me.

This release is the best I’ve used in NovaFusion’s Lollipop so far, in terms of performance. Previous releases have been a quite laggy, but I’ve found this one to be surprisingly snappy. The following are some of the minor bugs I encountered —
1) When I reboot my phone, the clock (right of my status bar) disappears. I then have to toggle my clock display setting (selecting say, Center and then Right), to make it reappear.
2) In PIN unlock option, the lockscreen doesn’t display what’s typed. Backspace key doesn’t seem to work either. If I type a digit wrongly, there’s no option but to reboot my phone to login successfully. I’m currently using the Pattern unlock to circumvent this issue.
3) Flashlight is quite laggy; sometimes results in reboots as well.
4) BLN doesn’t work at all.
5) Rendering issues with Chrome — while scrolling, the screen gets scrambled.

Hi Navin, I wouldn’t say that the basic functionalities (like Phone, Messaging, Clock, etc,) are fully mature, but things are slowly getting there. There have been occasional call drops, random reboots and low call volumes, but it hasn’t really been disruptive in my case. If you are too uptight about these things, you should probably wait another month or so.

Hi Sector, I’m facing the “when WiFi is unavailable, it switches to 3G data and never goes back to WiFi when it becomes available” issue. When this happens, I connect to WiFi manually by selecting the “Connect” option in WiFi settings.

“NO SIGNAL” comes with EXTREME BATTERY DRAIN until you shutdown and restart your S3 Mini.

Just a summary of all encountered bugs so far (sorted by severity):
– “NO SERVICE” in mobile network causing (1) elevate battery drain & (2) the need to reboot the device.
– Call dropping just after answering a call.
– Videos not working with on-built camera app and Google Camera. Using Camu the videos are jerky.
– Wi-Fi with “!” signal: when the Internet is unavailable by Wi-Fi, the phone correctly switches to 3G/Mobile Data, but when the Internet by Wi-Fi becomes available it can’t switch back to Wi-Fi causing a manual action to reconnect the Wi-Fi network.
– PIN Lock (1) doesn’t display when typed & (2) backspace doesn’t work: in case of error, you need to reboot the device and retype the PIN again.
– Power saving mode crashes the Google Now window.
– Music app crashes.
– The flashlight (1) lags & (2) sometimes reboots the device.

Hi, I’m experiencing this same problem from several relases.
The temporal solution I got is to delete the data of the media provider and reboot the phone. That worked for me, but sometimes the error of the Music app cames and I have to do the same another time.

These are my problems coupled with the already known:
— WiFi disconnects randomly and causes the modem reboots losing the signal entirely. Don’t reconnect until the disabling the WiFi .
— Random reboots.
— VPN not working
— The player works fine but the volume low.

Perform a clean installation. Applies formatting and wipes
wifi disconnecting and not re-connecting automatically is a problem with android 5.0 and newer but was fixed in android 5.1
The problem is that after one minute Wifi Connection causes it to reboot the modem (router) and do not reconnect the wireless connection to access the phone off

The video recording bug (which I don’t use anyways) aside, this is already a perfect rom. Everything works like a charm. Shame on Samsung for their lame excuse that S3 mini can’t handle anything beyond JB 4.1.2.

Is it normal that the homescreen turns off while I’m using another App?
After closing the used app it takes sometimes about 10 second to rebuild up the homescreen until I can use the phone again normally.

I am using ext4 file system. I did backup of all aps using Super backup app. The backups is done successfully. But when I connect my phone to computer, I can’t find the backup folder. But the folder is showing in phone’s file manager. Help me out.
