For flashing KitKat, we recommend you to install our TWRP recovery (available on Download page)!

Do full backup before installation and wipe data/cache (factory reset) after installation (only from stock ROM).
If you’re updating from older CM10.1/10.2/11.0 version or migrating from Oliver’s CM, you don’t have to perform a wipe!

Plus, Wifi N is not working (it doesn’t connect to wifi n only networks, same as version 10.2)

i only have clock problems when i turn off wifi and mobile data for battery saving. never had a problem when they turned on

Dumb question, but: does it apply to I8190N (non-LTE) model of S3 mini?
CM11 still switch back to LTE, if I try to chance to 3G or 2G.
It’s still not possible to change the network operator manually….

It may help some of you:
– 2G: I found a solution to set up manually 2G network.
Go to the dialer, type * # * # 4636 # * # *, chose info about phone, then set preffered network type is GSM only.
– 3G: If you set WCDMA only it will be 3G.
Both methods works, but you still can not chose network operator. As long as it will not work CM11 is useless for me.
It only shows LTE in the settings, but 2G and 3G is working.
Maclaw Studio My MINI S3 runs 4G , what option should I have to set? 3G or LTE ? :S Panama Company runs 4G now.
Hello studio;) Don´t know about the battery consumption of 4g, but you can switch back if you don´t need the speed all the time and prefer more battery life… So if you have lte, use it. Btw 4g=lte…

Appears only first time after update. Disable WiFi, shut down, boot, enable WiFi. All okay.

Good evening! Why i can’t find the Lock screen widgets?
go settings>lockscreen. check default widgets. now close screen then open it. when you swipe right. new widget screen will appear. with big “Plus” icon.

Very nice version we have of Kit Kat 4.4.2 on our S3 mini. As I saw in previous comments, I also noticed that Youtube does not give us high resolution for HD videos, even HD is on!.
In my opinion, is missing the video player and some codecs for videos (like mkv, avi..).
Overall.. nice work! Is working fine so far in my device.
One more thing, the led of “back and menu” when a notification comes light turn on on. My suggestion, should be an option to cancel this if we don’t want to keep it on.

Can someone stop that useless Mobile Broadcast messages?
Its in there for at least a week and never end poping up.
And Mobile Broadcast is also witched off in the settings.
They are not even usefull cause unreadable!

gentlemen, good day, yesterday this version has been running fine, but this morning I noticed a problem in that when disconnecting the charger, the phone is still charging as if, also thank you to Maclaw and his team for the great job they are doing …
Getting closer to perfection mate 😀 thank you !! one thing i have found my phone just can not “sleep” i saw the graphic and it is constantly waking up during the night.. so i noticed a drop of battery energy around 20% . it should sleep am i right ?? thanks again
Audio problems. Speakerphone sound is too low, you have to lower and raise the volume to get a good sound. Incoming call sometimes feels too low
Awesome ROM the only thing besides that i can’t manually select the network is the sound when you switch to speakers in a call doesn’t adjust and sounds low so i have to lower and then raise the volume it would be awesome if you fix that but Overall a very awesome ROM

hey guys i have a problem.
i had 20140318 release and while i was downloading this one i had a missed call on viber.
when i got to my phone it had turned off.
now i cant turn it on. i cant even enter download/recovery mode. when i plug in the charger it does nothing. like its dead.
Any ideas?
Do it via ODIN, that happen to me once and it helped me…
i cant even try. when i plug my phone to pc nothing happens.
plug phone on download mode (boot it pressing power+vol -)

Try charging your phone, or replacing your battery.

big fan of ur work…. been on ur kit kat over 3 months…. now i got a problem…. i updated about a week ago and from that time i get random reboots with bootloop stuck…. all the time…. tried to change the rom, even back to stock( original firmwire) but the problem remains, my battery value does not update corectly, even after a full charge over night, after reset sucks in bootloop about 20 min and then tells me that battery is empty, or other random value… PLS HELP… my phone is usless to me now….
note… if i connect it to a charger during bootig it works fine, but resets even with charger connected..
Thanks for this update. 2 “issues” here…
1- calls un speaker is too low and have to manually down and up.
2- youtube app “HD” resolution is so bad!!

Why can my phone not connect to mobile internet whilst useing these roms ?
Used to be ok but then no ! Have tried having the settings resent from 02 and also tried putting in settings manually.
Why ??
OTA updates will not work with CM… to update, get the new version of the ROM copied over to your SD card (may want to download it on phone directly), then install via TWRP. No need to wipe cache/dalvik for normal upgrades…
