Hello! When released final update?
Wahałem się ale zainstalowałem rozmowy działają wifi ok. Internet od play działa.
Rotacja aparatu( pion – poziom ) działa.
Więcej nie zdążyłem sprawdzić wyczyściłem DALVIK przed update.
Głośność w rozmowach bez zmian.
Ja nic nie czyściłem, zrobiłem tylko update. Działa wszystko pięknie 😉
Phone – Working
Wifi – Working
Clock/alarm – Working
Battery less wear – Yup! ;D
Camera – Working
Call vol. – It’s good 😉

The truth is that in the 20th version all works quite well, the camera is working properly (although in the previous update fixed it by putting the camera directly nexus 5, the same version), the wifi connects properly and good speed and I have no problems with battery consumption, or with wifi or 3G. I see that the changes are minor and I think for now I will update. Before updating almost daily, now only when there are relevant changes. The ROM works great now and the changes are less noticeable. Frankly we must thank you for the work you are doing commendable MacLaw.
Pytanko – czemu w ustawieniach telefonu (dokładniej w “Informacje o telefonie” -> “Aktualizacje CyanogenMod”) nie pojawia się żadna informacja o nowej wersji oprogramowania?
Bo nasz Ace nie ma oficjalnego wsparcia przez CM.
Bo Maclaw chce miec kontrole nad pobieraniem itd. stad nie zyczy sobie takze mirrorow

Can you maybe check the A-GPS function?
For me and a friend A-GPS doesnt work in gernamy.
We both tested it with the App “Gps Status”.
Also the manual A-GPS data download in “GPS Status” doest help.
It takes realy long time until there is a gps fix.
Sometimes over 30 minutes.
Are u crazy ???

hey, this rom works very fine form me. In fact, i’m not random hacker who will get this rom working, i’m random advanced person who does want to take out max from his phone.
And if you got problems, doesn’t meant that other get problems.
If some builds had calling problems, my phone didn’t manage to get them. True, rotation glitch still exists(areas, that won’t update) but it’ll prodably get fiexed
Hey if you got LTE bug, maybe it is because of those newer sim cards?
I’m using very very old card from 2005 and I don;t get any LTE

you didn’t care to reinstall gapps, did you… ?
this is only required if a Wipe Data / Factory Reset is done — not if you’re just moving from one daily to another — is this what you’re doing? Usually, there is no need to flash GApps
Hi! I found a glitch on setting up the alarm. It does not respond and it force closes after activating an alarm. Please fix it. Thank you! 🙂
Phone app works, wireless works, google apps work. I don’t know if the in-call volume is any different, but it’s loud enough. Before this version I was using the 20140304 version, which has an annoying pause at the beginning of a call, and that seems to be fixed now. The camera also seems more smooth and responsive.

I did a thorough wipe when installing this build. Wiped cache and dalvik cache before installation and once again after installation. Did not wipe data, so I have all settings, apps, contacts and data as before.

thanks but problems are not the same — will not identify networks at all! so this suggested solution won’t work. Suspect the different wavelengths / network bands are no longer being supported across all “variants” — mine was originally the i8160L, so this could be just a NZ problem, can’t rremember the details of the original stock ROM variants across countries, but remember I had to use build.prop to “change” it to i8160.
Try finding on xda a file called i8160L support for kyrillos, i always flash that after flashing maclaws rom, without that zip file my phone cant find networks too,if I boot my phone without flashing that i camt make calls or anything so try it 🙂
thanks for this — found the Kyrillos ROM but no “i8160L support” under XDA (rt hand search box?) — I thought “I” had done something wrong when the problem cropped up — suddently, from working fine from release March 9th (which still works AOK), there was nothing, except the curious observation in Changelog of March 14th, with nothing since. Before installing the ROM I went through the “usual” searches — found about modifying build.prop and copying tee folder, with no problems till after March 9th, and nothing about from “NO ISSUES” — several people seem to have found some, but “MY” issue — anyone else from New Zealand using this? sarisfactorily??

Seems ther are more difference between the 8160, 8160P and 8160L
I’m using an older version fine, from new zealand on 2 degrees.
Install a stock rom and root it then backup the “tee” folder then after you install your custom rom overwrite its “tee” folder with the backed up one.
/system/lib/tee
thanks BUT I followed the instructions on XDA about modifying build.prop, to i8160 (plain i8160), the FIRST time I installed this ROM, and was able to install several versions until March 9 (and pre the comment in the Changelog of March 14th) so it’s not that “tee” issue, either.
Your roms are good, they just need some optimization to make them smoother and could you optimize the gpu for gaming , thanks for your hard work
I have i8160p and I don’t have rotation glitch, low volume in calls everythings workng fine i can make calls and everything what is wrong with your phones!! Oh, i always flash a zip file its called i8160p support after that i can always make calls
Well, everything is working properly for me with the exception of the battery.. In these two or three new releases I can notice that it’s draining faster than some days ago and my phone is getting warm.. Even when I woke up this morning it was hot. When I check battery stats, wifi and mobile networks seem to be killing the battery.
I am experiencing the same problem, the battery drains much faster. Also, the backlight issue is not fixed.
I thought I was the only one.. Last night I left my phone with 68% of battery before going to sleep and this morning when I woke up it had only 3% of battery and was quite hot with no use during the whole time I was sleeping.. When I checked the battery stats it showed Android System with 80% of battery consumption.. So there’s something wrong with networks or wifi I guess..
For me the phone app draining 40% of battery. The battery icon shows 99% right after I disconnect the phone from the charger.

It would be a good idea to put a multiple selection option in the contacts application to choose more than one conact to be deleted, like in stock rom, and not deleting one by one.

Mam problem z MMS, nie dochodzą i nie są wysyłane. Sim to PlusMix
Gdy ma przyjść to w powiadomieniach dostaje jak by wiadomość z txt wiadomości, ale obrazków, ale żadnego innego medium nie pobiera… oczywiście przychodzi sms od Plusa, abym wszedł na odpowiednią stronę i tam odczytał MMS…
W ustawieniach punktów dostępu jest wszystko tak jak było co się z resztą zgadza z informacją na stronie plus.pl… czy mogłem zapomnieć o jakiejś opcji, coś zmienić w ustawieniach ?
Musisz mieć włączone dane pakietowe (internet przez SIM, nie WiFi). W orange jest to samo. Domyślna aplikacja sobie z tym nie radzi, ale zdaje się Textra ma w opcjach możliwość przełączenia danych pakietowych, kiedy spodziewa się MMS.
Camera doesnt work the last 2-3 releases
good to see that several others are now reporting, on the XDA website, exactly the same problems I’ve been reporting here for some time!! This ROM has now been taken over by someone else who can hopefully devote more time to sorting out some issues — thanks Guys!!!

One minor thing with the latest release (23.3):
When setting the phone in “vibrate” mode, coming back to “normal” (full sound preset) doesn’t restore the previous volume levels (i.e. notifications are 0%, media 100%, ringtone 60%, etc). I wiped, reinstalled, problem persists.
Any advice?
