Please try Google device manager, it can find your phone, make it ring and wipe it if you ever lose your phone.

Is recommend AbyssPlug and Sio from boot +ART runtime.
I think the standard settings are recommended. If you want to try the future standard precompiler ART you should accept that not all Apps are tested with ART and could cause problems.
If you dont have problems with your installed Apps you get with ART a bit faster App start and a little bit longer battery time (1…2%?).
For high performance and battery improve ART is the right choose,I don’t have problem with the apps.
Battery increase 10% 15% ,not bad
ART is kinda hard to enable when you have Xposed Framework installed…

With this version the battery is lasting 20% more time

Try wiping Dalvik/Cache. If not work try with full clean install.

I already flash the new update, it’s great, but why my phone still overheating and draining battery. I’ve to reboot it a couple of times, and sometimes i’ve to remove the battery and it’s temperature is high. Some one else have this problem or is just me. It happens recently with update 0424, 0427, and with others before. Help please.
My battery does not over heat but I get these unitended reboots and shutdowns and sometimes have remove the battery for 5-10 min too
I’ll try in my next update what Luci Angelici saids, a dalvik/cache wipe, hope this solve the overheating and draining battery issue, you shoul try it too Ritvik and post what happens.

Tra full clean install
Controll if you have 1Ghz bug first.Turn off WiFi. Go in menu,performance and select AbyssPlug and Sio schedule,set it from boot.And try it.If you no resolve try full clean install. And final I resolve battery problem buying another new in amazon for 12€ and original!!!
Trying the Abyssplug And Sio thingand see what happens, cause I don´t think is my battery, i’ve like four months with my phone, but theres always a last resort, thanks, and don´t worry for the english thing.
I can confirm and recommend you use Art runtime with AbyssPlug+Sio. Dalvik runtime use more ram than Art. And AbyssPlug turn off 1 core when the phone no need it. I have amazing performance and battery life.
Help me on how to aply ART, please, i’ve heard you need to clean Dalvik before you aply it.

To activate:Go to setting,go down to About Phone and in build number touch it fast for 7 time, to.activate Android Developer menu. Back button and you can find Developer Developer Option. Search. Select Runtime and choose Art. Don’t Panic,the first boot in art need 7 -10 minutes ok?

Your link shows a battery benchmark where ART has an fall rate advantage of 0,33% per hour vs Dalvik (see Nexus 4). Do you really have 10% on your device as you have written above?

What do you mean with Accu?
In German the word “Akku” is the short form of “Akkumulator” which means battery in English. (I don’t know if he meant battery 😉 )
Ok,this problem came when you flash Rom a lots of time. I got new battery and no more issue.
you must full charge your phone, later erase the batterystats.bin file (google it to see how you find where) then use the phone until battery gets empty. and again do a full charge with the charger (not usb). that is all. you should do this calibrating when did a full wipe or installed a new rom.

If you update from older release try wipe Dalvik/cache. If the problem persist tray full clean install.
Ciao Lucio ho visto che sei italiano. Tu hai mai provato a ripristinare un backup con TWRP? Io l’ho ripristinato perché usavo PAC, sono tornato quindi alla cyano e ho installato la nuova release però mi da questi piccoli problemi di flickering e lag. Uso i backup apposta per evitare di perdere i dati ogni volta dato che mi piace testare le diverse rom,con una installazione pulita, ma neanche questo sembra aiutare molto :/
Certo,faccio sempre un backup appena vedo che la release è perfetta, ho ripristinato da TwRp svariate volte senza mai problemi. Se vedi che anche dopo il ripristino e eventuale update vedi problemi di glicerina o altro ti conviene fare una installazione da 0 del nuovo update rom.In molti casi è meglio .perdere i dati è un bel giramento di palle, ma a volte è necessario…

just got clock freeze 🙁 tried disabling cclock, set time manually etc still freezing, but timer doesn’t freeze with the clock
notifications also froze with clock, timer notification and my cpuStatsk notification.
and then they all just unfroze 😐
I’m struggling with reception since I installed the Milestone release. Every time my phone looses signal I have to reboot to get it back. Is this a known issue? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

yes but i have noticed that when the battery is full charged , for me it takes longer to discharge and when it reaches 60% it starts to discharge faster .. try to make a full clean install. i am using abyssplug +sio .it can help i think.. well for me comparing to the stock rom at this point this CM novafusion rom is way far better.. thanks !

your cpu just support 1ghz as a top frecuency , so if you had a 2ghz bug , your battery would be done in like 30 minutes and would burn your hands with your phone
are you fo real? its because the s3 mini doesn’t have a 2ghz processor. It has a 1ghz or 1.2ghz processor mate.

Hello, first I want to tell you that do an excellent job ! and I am very grateful for that.
Now the problem ( 😛 ) :
4 months ago I got my I8190L , and not delay to install the CM11 , I unfortunately met up with some very particular BUGS as:
– Capacitive buttons do not work.
– When you get a notice the phone is restarted.
The capacitive buttons do not work is not something that bothers me a lot because I can replace them with NAVBAR . THE PROBLEM is that the phone is restarted each time a notification appears .
The point is that I could not find the cause , but if I can find a solution , which unfortunately today no longer works for me .
The solution I found was that this now does not work :
The BUG appeared since version CM10.2 then :
Install CM10.1 , then optionally CM10.2 ,and then install CM11 .It was then the bug would disappear .
Apparently CM10.1 version now also incorporates the BUG and I do not keep the CM10.1 not had this BUG .
I have not seen anyone with my problem
PD : CM10 (4.1.2 ) does not have that BUG , but in this case ( I do not know why ) my old solution does not work.

Hello, Julien! May be this could help:
1. Make a full backup! (IMPORTANT)
2. Backup your apps with Titanium Backup, so you can restore them easily afterwards.
3. Make a full wipe.
4. Flash latest CM11 release via Odin.
5. Install wanted GApps Version (Micro, mini, full, or Aroma)
6. Restore your Apps with Titanium Backup
Hopefully, your bugs have been gone! 🙂

Yeah. I have this bugs on my gt-i8190 (HW Rev. 0x5). It appears for about a month ago. Before my phone started to reboot on each sms or facebook message, it only capasitive buttons doesn`t work. But because of reboots i was forced to return on stock 🙁
My I8190 is HW Rev. 0x5 too… maybe that is the problem!
but, for any reason the last version of CM11 doesn`t work my solution of the notification problem….
I think that this is not a ROM problem, and also not a kernel problem. Because there are a lot of people without any problems here. And also this is my second s3 mini, on previous phone almost all worked perfectly. But this one is terrible, 🙁

Using Interactive and Noop seems to solve the problem …
nope, does not solve, it will probably be fixed in an update or 2 so just have to wait, for me the clock freeze is more critical , have to use timer instead of alarm .they are much less frequent now but still happens once a week or so
Not only scrolling down or in flappy bird, games like jetpack joyride and vector o even plants vs zombies ar sufering this issue……….but have to admit that batery live is improved, you see, we cant have anything so, is up to them to find a way to fix this……in time and when they can.

About the clock have you tried to remove lockclock and use Chronus app?
Since I did that no clock freeze come up on my phone
During the night in airplane mode i leave the phone plugged on the charger and the alarm work fine
Yes, I disabled lockclock and used stock one (on the lock screen), still froze, I don’t think its the actual clock that freezes, because notifications also freeze. It doesn’t happen very often, and sometimes you don’t even notice because it unfreezes, but if you depend on alarm you cannot take the risk
When i mute system sound most apps are ignore it.
I’m not seeing any flicker in the scrolling on the settings menu. OTOH the battery usage during idle is a bit higher than with the 4/20 image so far (2.5%/hr vs <2%/hr). (I have been using Conservative / noop cpu setting on both images). FWIW.
From what I'm seeing here, the improvements are for reduced battery during usage (not idle) -correct?

I only see one bug. Backlight on buttons is on constantly, even when disabled in options. I do not gået the bugtracker/repositories, so I am unsure how to best reporter bugs.
