New release (20140429) of CM11.0 for S3 Mini is available!
For flashing KitKat, we recommend you to install our TWRP recovery (available on Download page)!

Do full backup before installation and wipe data/cache (factory reset) after installation (only from stock ROM).
If you’re updating from older CM10.1/10.2/11.0 version or migrating from Oliver’s CM, you don’t have to perform a wipe!

instagram doesn’t work even in some phones with stock rom my sister has an LG L7 II 4.1.2 stock and instagram fails to process video lol

Your bug about instagram is not the only problem for this ROM but most of 4.4.2 rom out there has the same issue. This is not M&M fault, but the KitKat itself. You can demanding to people who gives you free service for bring this KitKat to your device.

When I turn on WiFi my internet connection gets slow.Google App shows large amount of Data Usage via WiFi (Almost 4-6 GB).Is there anyone with the same bug?

Hi M&M. There is an annoying BUG with BLUETOOTH – when I have connected SmartWatch 2 and I turn on/off wi-fi, sometimes the phone stucks for 3-5 seconds. I found this bug in your CM10.2 and CM11.0 releases. I also tried to wipe everything and nothing helps. I’m sure it’s not matter of CM and KitKat, it’s matter of your ROM.. Please look at that. Thank you. My device is GT-I8190.
clock freeze fixed?
Flash the latest recovery (from the download section of this website).
Reboot to recovery.
Set default timezone to the onde used inside Android.
Reboot.
This should do it.
I’m already do it,but clock still have freeze on 25.04.14
I noticed it also with release 25.04.14.
But it was OK again for me with release 27.04.14 and hopefully also with the current release.

After a couple of months just updating almost everyday I’d a trouble with today’s release, it doesn’t start and get stuck in the Cyanogen’s logo. I have to say that a Full Wipe (data, system, cache, dalvik, storage and SD) and once that a Clean install solved everything. I tough I’d just pushed too much the system and a clean install fix everything, so… if something doesn’t works as it should and you can find a way, a clean install may helps.

Fixed Youtube simply by uninstalling and reinstalling app. Guess wiping should be listed as “recommended” on some releases?

This morning I had the clock freezing again, it happens few times now, but is very annoying.
Another bug is if I am listen radio with SpiritFm for example, after I close the app, I need to reboot the phone, otherwise there’s no audio for incoming calls (not for the rigging tone, for the call itself).

You make some ROMs great, but I’ve been installing some updates and I still have the error in the clock, the alarm does not sound at times, this morning doesnt ring, please fix this bug, other things may not be as essential as an alarm in a smartphone, haha

It’s normal since S3 Mini does not support auto brightness.
Really good work. No critical issues apart from clock freeze that can be battled through plugin in or mobile data enabled etc.
Keep it up and dont let anyone bring you down with their btchiness

I also have the spirit FM audio shut off problem any way yous can apply a fix for us who use the FM audio.. But awesome a** job.pls update PAC ROM..last but not least my batt drains pretty fast… But hey its still awesome…
Proximity sensor still not working in S3 mini GT I8190
Major problem with unintended reboots I tried everything clean install David cache wipe. Nothing works. I even cleared all data rerooted. I hope u guys have a solution.
I encountered this problem: if I set up a VPN is asked for a password to unlock the screen …. but if you restart your phone after entering the pin Sim is impossible to insert the pin unlock screen. the keyboard does not respond.
