For flashing KitKat, we recommend you to install our TWRP recovery (available on Download page)!

Do full backup before installation and wipe data/cache (factory reset) after installation (only from stock ROM).
If you’re updating from older CM10.1/10.2/11.0 version, you don’t have to perform a wipe!

Can’t reboot into recovery, only black screen, I tried to flash twrp 2.7 with rashr but nothing, only black screen, I have to remove the battery and plug the charger to be able to boot into system, any solution for this? Or I have to use Odin to flag new roms?
Try to install recovery again. Use Odin of course.

Not for me either. It actually does charge even with the frozen screen but with the symbol stuck on the screen it can’t be good considering burn-in
Problem with offline charge persists. It freezes when turned off. I can´t use battery calibration software and charge it faster with this problem. Please try to solve it on the next release NovaFusion.

i had problems with twrp and wasnt happy but must say you redeemed yourselves with last 2 updates ive had no problems at all.
I have problem with offline charging,its not working at all,and sound recorder wav crash is fixed in CyanogenMod official but bug is in your ROM,please fix this

“Unfortunately, Themes provider has stopped.” This error message appears continuously after this update so I can’t use the phone. The previous release (20140917) has the same error. I did a full factory reset, cleared all the caches I found, change the launcher but nothing changes. When the lock screen is on I don’t see this error. When I unlock the phone it starts again. Can somebody tell me what is the problem?

I don’t know if this is a bug or an option that I’m unable to find: When I press any of the three buttons of the headphones none of them does anything. I remember to use them in previous versions of cm11. Is there a way to config this?

And why YT works perfectly in the stock ROM? There is nothing for Google to fix, it is a problem with the CM.
is a problem in app youtube last update, is not compatible with android 4.4.4 specifically, for this reason it works in stock rom.
There are even people who have the official 4.4.4 rom and have problems with youtube

for this reason I use youtube version 5.2.27
I was using version 20140914 and there were issues with the tiles-button (notification area when you swipe down). It was missing quite a few times and I had to restart to get it back.
Since today I am using the latest version and the phone often reboots when I connect the charger.
I had this before but only once or twice a month. Today it happend already 3x.
Wifi Tethering doesn’t work
Since the update I have fully charged my phone, I lost 40% of battery with almost no use, on 2G!!
Forgot to mention battery was replaced two monthes ago

I took the test and 3 hours and 25 minutes the battery is discharged without using the phone and leaving off the WIFI. Hopefully in the next update resolves that. Keep last version (20140917).

I intalled via odin and change my fs to f2fs on data, change to ART and… all works fine!
the only thing is the installation of whatsapp, need davlink to install. i don’t know why…
Intalled, nano gapps, only to make a simple reinstall of all apps ;P

It’s just a WhatsApp problem, I have the same issue with ART in my Nexus 4 😛
My battery is getting from 92% to 30% in 3 Hours without Any Kind if using the phone.
I’ve installed cm First 1 day ago.

It has been a great job, the battery problem but continues greenify and xposed battery really starts to pay. I think we’re 90% of work, lack secure the battery, the speaker on the call, and for me would be 99% please be patient and love your work are to achieve the glory it

But i have to say that i think you’re not very honest when you say they are no issues in releases.
I feel that battery is draining quickier than in stock rom, the freeze clock bug is very annoying because yo can’t use wake up alarms safely and i was getting errors with the calls records app…
My opinion is that you have to priorize solving bugs or to be honest and mention the issues in your rom.
I went back to stock rom a few weeks ago and i’m very satisfied now…
This critics are in a constructive way, because your work is great and free for us!

Yes please mention the bugs!! It’s not very friendly to deny the clock AND the Contacts Bug in this release. I love your work, but you have to be honest.
Without working alarm you can lose your job! This is VITAL.
