Do full backup before installation and wipe data/cache (factory reset) after installation (only from stock ROM).
If you’re updating from older CM10.1/10.2/11.0 version, you don’t have to perform a wipe!

Please fix not charging when phone is turned off
bugs:
– Do not turn off with the charger connected. Instead of Disconnecting the phone restarts.
– Upon receiving notification with the charger plugged in the lights and buttons stands not erase.
– The recorder does not record sound in “WAV” format, the error.
– The battery is out of calibration, the counter all this crazy, out of calibration very real.

Almost every ROM update corupts battery calibration. For solving this problem, which is not a ROM bug, use Battery Calibration app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nema.batterycalibration)
Just let your phone go to 1% and then do a full charge. You don’t need an extra app…

I copied the stock fm radio apk to the system/apps and rebooted but it does not appear in the application.

About using ART with XPOSED, it’s impossible, because the developer of Xposed Framework said that he won’t add compatibility with ART and try to use a translator.

Seguro lo haces via Odin, Intenta flashearlo descargando la version recovery e instalando desde recovery.

Bateria drena muy rápido con esta actualizacion vuelvo a la de ayer.
Inicialmente me inició con el bug de 1 GHz, Lo reinicié con modo avión ON y quedó funcionando OK

First, thanks for your work, CyanogenMod it’s the best rom for my s3 mini. Thank you very much.
I installed the last update CM11_20140921 with twr, and when restart, the phone never boot, I turn on the cellphone, appear the logo “samsung galaxy sIII mini gt-l8190” and after a minute, restart, and always it’s the same.
I try to boot in twr but it’s the same, appear the “samsung galaxy sIII mini gt-l8190”, after the splash screen “teamwin” and dead, after that nothin ocurred.
I try with odin to install the cm, the twr 2.8 and 2.7, but I can do that apear an error .
can you help me?

Downloaded again but got again the same different md5sum (c181411cfca78b2ea5260859411cd4a7).
Flashed without issues.

I have a rly bad error since 2 or 3 Versions of Kitkat on s3 Mini – my clock some kind of freezes in deep sleep and the alarm clock – that I need to wake up does not work… Is there some one who can help me with that? It’s annoyning to come late for work… PLZ

I actually recommend that everyone should stay on Dalvik (at least for now)
With ART I have exprerienced huge battery drain and when I dirty flashed…I had to wait at least 20 minutes for the system to boot because of the Dalvik-to-ART switch
Battery drain persists! Please, keep working on that, you are making an awesome job!
Also, the battery counter is all crazy, when I plug the charger, battery says 10% more than it says just before plug it in

Another bug for me … The clock freeze
Nose porque no puedo instalar las gaaps me sale failet (status 7) instalation aborted.
I’m having the clock freeze issue with this release. Haven’t had the problem in over a month and now it’s back. Otherwise this rom is great for me.

I´ve had a clock freeze in almost every release. I think it got better since they recieved the update from samsung for the device. But still… every now and then the clock just freezes.
I am still on 2014-09-02 and havent had the clock freeze issue since changing to Chronos as the clock and alarm, until this morning. Nothing has been changed since unless Chronos changed something without me seeing.
Battery seems fine on the release I am using, though when it is struggling to get a signal (in my office most of the day) it does drain quite quickly, but I think this is to be expected.
It would be good to know at least the clock bug is being worked on as a priority, its a fairly fundamental thing, being late for work (or anything else) is pretty important to avoid.

Hi there, new to custom ROMs and such, and installed this a few weeks ago, and now I want to update, how do I go about doing that? I tried just using Odin to put up the new ROM, but it wiped all GApps and my home screen configuration (and probably more). Is there a way to update without losing that?
YouTube is indeed back. No HD though but it’s working. I would also like to say that I have noticed a great improvement in performance on the 09 21 build. What’s most surprising, though, is that this build seems to have improved it even further. It feels like I got a new phone. It is way faster. My most sincere congratulations.

Hi. Since last version I can’t access SIM-contacts on my S3 mini. Export to SIM-card not possible “SIM card full or read only”. On a Wildfire S I can move and delete SIM contacts. Back on S3 mini no SIM contacts.

How to turn off led buttons when arrive a notification
Hi. After flashing my s3 mini with the last cm version I can’t access SIM-card to export/import/copy contacts. SIM-card in a wildfire s works without problems. Back in the mini no contacts on the card. My car can’t access the phonebook either (bluetooth headset). Any suggestions?

I can truly say that this release is quite an upgrade for my phone. Apart from some bugs with the system UI (I think it’s my fault there) and the battery drain issue…..I can say that I am really pleased 😀
I noticed an increase in speed, responsiveness and stability…not the mention that youtube is working again 😀

Please fix battery overheats quickly
The phone charging animation doesn’t work when the phone is off. I have the same problem with the other Roms (carbon or aospa). Everything else works great!
I have problem with 3G/Hsdpa commection.
When i use browser, i lost connection for a couple of minutes.
The same problem with normal call.
So… Should i flash this version? I still using CM11 M9 (20140809) the most stable tease for me but I’m tired of the YouTube issue, so what should I do? Flash or stay on this release?
