No funciona pero puedes instalar airdroid y asunto resuelto, pasas tus archivos via Wifi, igualmente a la hora de pasar las nuevas rom para actualizar, claro no sirve si eres programador android y quieres debuggear via ADB pero si no normal

Yeap you need a Perform Wipe
yes andre you need to wipe your system and data and cache to install
if you wait for cm12 to have f2fs support then you wont have to wipe data

– Connecting to the pc is only in the recovery mode possible (tried with and without usb-debugging)
– Weather widget bugged (solved after a restart)
– Camera crashes after a shot
– a little bit much english in the german source 😛

One issue to report – MTP not working. PC does not install the MTP drivers. Tried virtually everything – reinstalleed Samsung mobile drivers, reinstalled Keis, updated windows, downloaded MTP kit from microsoft.
But still doesn’t work.

Could be! ’cause Antares ( developer for Galaxy S4) showed a Rom based in Cyanogenmod 12 Beta and F2Fs works here!

You can patch the sources from https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_packages_apps_CMUpdater if you ask NF maybe he implement this in his rom.
I think, the function was probably deliberately omitted because NovaFusion ‘projects are funded by advertising on this site 🙂

-Problems with Wifi. First connect is OK. But reconnect to the wifi-network don’t work.

-1GHz : actual frequenzy Seen fixed show 1000MHz
Minimum frequenzy shows apparently the actual frequency. It varies between 200 and 1000MHz.
But after turning on the phone it seems very long to remain at 1000 MHz
Great job , very fluid system . However I still have the same two previous problems .
I can not connect to 3G network operator VIVO BRAZIL .
And Also I can not connect to my desktop via USB.
create a new apn manually restart the device and wait until the Internet will work, eue stava with the same problem with TIM Brazil , and it worked .

Just found a bug: “Move to SD Card” doesn’t work (which in turn affects apps which have android:installLocation=”preferExternal” set in their AndroidManifest.xml). I guess this is an upstream (CM12) bug..

Unfortunately, installing a CM11 theme (Blue Fire) broke something.
Non-stop SystemUI crashes, also after rebooting. I restored my Kitkat Carbon 🙂

Presently which ROM are you using?
This ROM isnt pre rooted?
it is you must enable it in developer options though(which is very easy)
You need to enable it from the developer mode

YouTube worsks up to 480p but sometimes crash and battery lidé is best of all roms for this phone i thing but my battery doesnt show correct data (hw no ROM problém)so i cannot say it correctly
this rom are installed with the super user or as I do for root
I had some issues. There is no SuperSU and i cant find any root file for CM12. So i turned back to CM11
All you need to do to gain root access is to activate it by going in to About Phone -> Tap 8 times the build number or whatever is that below the Kitkat Version and you will activate developers option and On Root Access.
All Cyanogen roms have root integrated, all you need to do is activate it on the dev options…
I’d like to report two bugs:
1) MTP still doesnt work
2) It seems like the ROM isn’t rooted.
Also, when i tried to reboot to system, FROM recovery, it doesnt boot to system at all, it bootloops.

When I play in easteregg I have flicker
CPU no longer goes into deep sleep. Before I installed this release the cpu would go into deep sleep when the screen was turned off. Now that does not happen and my battery lasts less then 12 hours. Please fix guys, otherwise great job.

Music app keeps crashing, also, I’m using a Bluetooth headset, and when it crashes it disconnects my headset as well. Performance improved a lot compared to the previous build.
Been having the same issue with crashing music since 31/12 release :/ The only fix i have found is factory reset but even then the music app starts crashing after a while (However you can hear music before). I miss my music D:
Do you have a volume problem when using another application along with music? In my case, I use Waze along with Music, when the Waze voice goes off, the volume in Music starts raising itself to the point it get distorted, I have to press the volume button to make it stop, after applying the volume button it goes to the volume level it was set previously, it’s weird.

From my point of view this is AWESOME. Its fluid its stable no restarts decent RAM consumption and good battery life. I recommend updating from cm 11 to this release.
“Bugs” i have encountered :1Ghz bug because apparently minimum and maximum cpu where set to 1000 mhz , i just put the minimum to 200 and now its ok, i find the call volume kind of low, alarm clock did not go off and i set 2 alarms to be sure (almost lost my job interview :)) ) and i don’t know why i cant restore apps from my titanium backup (that’a a bummer).
If you guys have any questions about these release and are not sure if to install it or not just reply to this post what do you want me to test for you and ill tell you the outcome.

Guys, my kidd uses my device to play some games and I am not comfortable in move to CM12 to do not wipe data and lost his won. Is there a way to backup his games and restore after install Lollipop
You could try doing a nandroid and then trying cm12 and if dosent work just reinstall the nandroid,no? i tried backing up apps+data with titanium when i try to recover it just stays like there and does nothing. I did find some kind of solution i installed the game from playstore and had Titanium restore only my data and it this case it works…with some games.

Cant move apps to sd card via settings. I have 16 Gb card and 11 Gb free memory left. (I looked settings –> storage)
Also keyboard issues with growtopia app. (Maybe other apps too?)

I also have a problem with incoming calls dropping after ~2 seconds at random. Outgoing calls are fine, not a single drop, but incoming calls sometimes just cut off, while other times they are perfectly ok.
Also, settings app crashes at times for me, not sure what causes it.
And yeah, impressive work on getting this to work on such an old-ish device. Kudos to all devs 😉

Stucks on Cyanogen Boot Animation it keeps rolling and rolling,,,, any suggestions ?
Probablity 1: It’s a bad flash, reflash it or install another one.
Probablity 2: Something else is blocking boot, it might be Google apps, any other additional apps etc.
Probablity 3: You played with the zip file, download a fresh one.
Probablity 4: You phone is dead, go get a new one.
Probablity 5: Your phone can’t handle custom ROMs anymore, install stock ROM.
I’ll be happy if you let me know if one of theese worked.
(I’m 100% sure that probablity 4 will work 😀 you don’t even need to check if your device is dead :D)
Well anonimderp is a pessimist :)) Alvarez the same happen to me too. I forgot to format in EXT4. if you format in ext 4 in twrp and then reinstall the rom it works

First of all you made a great job, but some stuffs are still looking strange… For instance, the messenger app only show phone numbers instead of contacts names… Then, two third of my system is written in french but the one left is written in english (I think stock lollipop system is translated whereas Cyanogenmod stuffs aren’t)… One more thing, I can’t change the lockscreen wallpaper…
In spite of these little problems, the system is great thank you very much !!

I have a problem when setting the alarm clock. The icon appears and desappears on the status menu. It is not possible to enable the alarm
I am too. Off/on alarm, reboot your phone.
List of the bugs I found:

OK I admit it Im not a bug finder and this is not a list just two things I found incidentally.
Great release, some small issues but it’s still my everyday phone choice:
Youtube shuts down randomly after a minute or two and you can’t cast your screen.
3G rarely works and I work in London
Sometimes and this is quite rare, the phone locks up, usually at night, all I see is the whirly circle thing in a black screen. Looks like it has shut down and won’t boot due to it being on charge.
Apart from that it’s awesome…. keep going guys, this is great work.

The button on the home screen that leads to all your apps vibrates when I press it. Is there a way to disable it?
After flashing CM12 my IMEI was lost.

Things that i notice I8190:
– MTP fault when conecting to PC.
– some apps ( chome, facebook) crashes with bugs, not sable, sometimes freeze and close.
– don’t charge when off, always show the circule bars.
– new theme options ok , but there is no option to change the lock screen image or other options for that screen, or possibility to se the home screen in apps menu.
– sometimes the ringtones of the SMS that we choose goes away and appears numbers.
– the clock app to wake up its very bug, can’t use because goes crazy.
That’s some off the things i notice.

On the version 0124 i have a issue on the instagram. When i open the APP, in the first time, the videos works. But when i close and open again, the APP crash when i go watch videos again. Sorry my bad english. Thanks NF for uploads.

Unfortunately, MTP is not working at all. Additionally, the storage settings dialog crashes right away when i change the protocol (to PTP or set MTP again). Is that supposed to be working?

Tried using Odin and Recovery with TWRP both ways it all works fine but some apps that require root say phone isn’t rooted when it is.
Found the reason – you have to go into Developer Options/Root Access to enable root
