New stable release (20150124) of CM12.0 for S3 Mini is available!
For flashing Lollipop, we recommend you to install our TWRP recovery (available on Download page)!
If you want to say thanks by donating us using PayPal, feel free 😉
Do full backup before installation and wipe data/cache (factory reset) after installation if you don’t updating from older CM12.0 release.
You need to perform a wipe if you’re migrating from software different than CM12.0!

– USB not working with PC
– if it is turned on Bluetooth and turn wifi hotspot and the phone freezes!
– random reboot
– RIL have buggy (random turn off RIL to 5 or more min.)… I must reboot or get phone to plane mode

I noticed almost 10 random reboots since last update. No usb storage support. Camera app is buggy as hell.. forces close several times per day. Dialer is buggy too. Greene videos.
i guess CM12 is still not ready for daily use it’s Uİ is also very slow

CM12 is still under heavy development by the Cyanogen Modders.
That means the simple phrase “updated CM12.0 sources” is eqal to “some new stuff”
This is a big update, ir adds a new boot animación, is muchos more estable and new options in settings.

Hi and Thx so much Nova Team but I have this issues:
Issues:
– Offline charging not working – For me is not a real problem, but yesterday I turn off the cell and put to chage and go sleep and.. surprese without battery all day
– USB not working with PC – Tried all, deleted drives and nothen
– Frame Bug on Games – I play Deemo is a good game, but after att to CM 12 the game freezing, the imagem att don’t work, duplicate notes.. and other game with a high frame rate is the same (Asphalt too)
– RIP 3G – I tried do configure APN Manually but don’t work.
– RIP some apps – Freedom is a exemple, the name ATL Altagair Sansung has changed to Unknow Device ( I ready this on Google Play on desktop) and some apps don’t work anymore.
I don’t have random reboots, And freezing in one or two cases (with to much apps opened), I’ll wait for a fix I need to play Deemo Y__Y

Very nice work:what i’ve noticed after one minute of use:
* Added cyanogenmond account,
*ability to directly access the “all apps” app from the homescreen,
*Much improved stability
*Actually some really nice battery autonomy
However, on another note, the icons in the app drawer are a little two crowdy: the drawer’s size chifted from 4*5 to 6*6 and I didn’t seem to find how to set it back as before
I’m weiting for F2fs, what about that?

Hey Novafusion, did you stop working on CM11? I’d appreciate another fixing of known issues on CM11. Right now it feels that CM11 and CM12 are both beta-/ alpha-status. Anyways keep up the good work

On my device it stays on cyanogenmod logo! It doesn`t boot to the system.
Flashed ROM yesterday and noticed the following issues:
Phone is now very laggy, flicking through screens, opening apps is a lot slower
Battery charge is depleted after around 5 hours of light usage
Phone signal is not as good and i completely lose signal sometimes and have to reboot
YouTube not working
Barclaycard app not working
Facebook locks up and randomly shuts down
Otherwise another great release, thanks

flashed rom yesterday and found that there is no way for me to access the extsd or the internal sd via the computer and when i enter settings to switch the usb connection settings crashed….apart from that everything else is great…assistance would be greatly appreciated

I have a issue on the instagram. When i open the APP, in the first time, the videos works. But when i close and open again, the APP crash when i go watch videos again. Sorry my bad english. Thanks NF for uploads.

I flashed this ROM(20150120)on my i8190 and find this problem: (just share)
a. At first 3G doesn’t work, it’s just EDGE showed up in stat bar. Then i turned off “profile” in setting, set the network to 3G preferred, and boom the 3G showing up her face 😛
b. Sometimes, when the phone is locked by slide lock, it won’t be unlocked by slide. For this i have to reboot the phone.
c. And the battery, for a few hours usage after flashing(70% in battery left) it works fine(not really drains). But when i charging(mobile data enabled) start from 18% battery, it takes 3 hours to climb up to 65%. For this i install another ver (20150124) and that problem gone 🙂
d. And yes, video taken by camera is green 🙁

so my most noticible problem with this rom is tearing on the bottom of the screen (vertically) and also some random reboots but nothing major, usb not working , and offline charging not working 🙂 grats to you for releasing this rom for us to test and make it possible for our already old phones thank you maclaw(novafusion)
Issues:
*really slow opening of apps
*battery drained after 5-6 hours od light usage
*while answering a call it takes like 3 secs till i can see that i have already answered
+ randomly hangs up calls after exactly 5 seconds
*sometimes deletes all the contact list
*lack of quiet button in quick menu, to mute the phone i have to hold down vol button or go to settings
*USB doesn’t work at all
I have an issue installing this rom, because i tried to flash it via recovery and odin on several times and the phone stay in the boot animation forever, meaning that i leave it to start about 5 hours and still doesn’t start. I did a complete wipe before and after flashing the rom. Please help. And thanks to novafusion team.

I am facing application crashes (often happens when I start a fresh app for the first time).
Intermittent loss of mobile network connection. Need to reboot the phone in order to get connected again.
When I switch off my S3 when it is connected to the power supply, the phone seems to freeze, I see the wheel but it is not rotating.
Seems that internet connection can be lost when moving from 3G to 2G signal.
